• Singaporean groups had higher pre-meeting consensus than US groups

• All groups in both cultures had the same level of post-meeting consensus

  • Change in consensus was greater in US than Singaporean groups

• After controlling for pre-meeting consensus, influence was more equal in Singaporean than US groups
